Nothing brings me as much joy as meeting a lovely couple out for their morning constitutional!

Brownie goes for a stroll

Brownie is a big domestic mallard who was "dumped" in the park by someone who got tired of having a duck as a pet.

Note: ducks are not pets! Please don't buy one for Easter.

Miraculously, Brownie and his family have survived in the wild and are thriving despite the obvious dangers posed to flightless ducks in a park full of people and very large dogs not on leashes.
